From the meeting
The board was scheduled to enter into an agreement with Birch Agency for related services staffing at the district's request through June 30, 2027. The agenda names Birch Agency as the staffing provider, so this is a decided service line with follow-on staffing and renewal value. A vendor should track related-services coverage and any expansion needs tied to this school year and the June 2027 end date.
