From the meeting
The Board was scheduled to authorize advertisement of an ordinance amendment to add stop signs at Spruce Drive and Spruce Circle and make the intersection an all-way stop. Staff said residents raised visibility and safety concerns, the Township hired Bowman to study the intersection, and the study did not meet criteria for additional stop signs. Staff then recommended the all-way stop to address visibility issues without requiring landscaping changes by the corner property owner.
Decision state: vote scheduled to advertise the amendment.
