From the meeting
The board was asked to accept transfer of Oak Valley Neighborhood Park from the City of Chico. Staff said the park was complete and includes a play structure, pavilion, basketball court, sidewalks, landscaping, and irrigation tied to City of Chico Maintenance Assessment District No. A09 and A10.
The transfer itself was not a procurement, but it confirms the asset is moving into CARD operations and funded maintenance, which can trigger follow-on services for park upkeep and replacement planning.
