From the meeting
The board voted to move the new fire station project to design level and directed Williams Architects and Horizon Building Group to work together. The township had also refunded $160 to Ron-Mar Farms for the balance of a lease on the future fire-station site, with ground breaking planned for spring 2027. This is a clear capital-project implementation track after the planning and site-control steps.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
