From the meeting
The board session listed four change orders tied to French Creek Playground and the Turf & Track Replacement. Nyce Construction was named for sheet piling, bonding, and a retaining wall, and Keystone Sports Construction was named for additional turf and track work. The items were scheduled to go to the full board on October 26, 2026, so the work was already underway and the remaining value is in follow-on change orders and construction closeout.
