From the meeting
The board scheduled possible action to establish an ad hoc committee for planning, design, and construction of a new district facility at 3657 Broadway in American Canyon. This points to an early capital project that could move into design and procurement after committee formation. The agenda does not name a vendor, but it clearly shows a future facility development pipeline.
