From the meeting
The board scheduled an executive director hiring update and Resolution 26-05 for an interim director salary adjustment. The interim director role was held by Joe Horaney, and the hiring process status included a search firm contract. This is a buying trigger for leadership, recruiting, and possible executive search support, but the agenda does not show a final hiring decision yet.
