From the meeting
The board scheduled a workshop on implementation of the PROST Master Plan and Community Center Feasibility Study. The item signals follow-on planning work for parks, recreation, open space, and trails priorities, but the agenda does not show a vendor, budget, or procurement step yet. The next useful conversation is about how the town will sequence projects and whether any consulting, design, or planning support will be needed after the workshop.
