From the meeting
The board scheduled a vote to authorize the superintendent to submit the Accelerated Instruction Waiver to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a compliance and funding-related action, not a purchase, but it can affect instructional planning and program requirements next year. The next decision point was the September 16, 2026 meeting.
