From the meeting
The board scheduled a discussion of the library's strategic planning process at its October 15, 2026 meeting. No consultant or scope was named, but this is an early planning signal for future priorities, budget needs, and possible facilities or service changes. A seller would want to learn who is leading the plan and when a formal process or advisory work may start.
