From the meeting
The board planned to consider architectural contracts for the SCC CTE expansion, including the maintenance facility, driveway and entrance to the parking lot, and expansion and remodel of the CTE facility. The agenda does not name the firms, so the award was still pending the October 16, 2026 meeting vote. This is a live signal for design and construction-related follow-on work tied to the college's career and technical education space.
