From the meeting
The board planned to approve and authorize execution of financing agreements with the Texas Water Development Board in connection with the 2026 State Water Implementation Revenue Fund for Texas. This ties the authority to state water funding and future financing documents, which is a clear trigger for related planning and implementation work. The opportunity is still at the authorization stage as of August 3, 2026.
