From the meeting
The board heard repeated reports of sewer backup and odor problems at Green Street, with residents saying the issue returned after a property changed hands. The code enforcement officer said he will be in contact with the new homeowners and noted one of the properties was tied to earlier dye-test positives in 2021. This is not a procurement yet, but it is a live infrastructure problem that could lead to inspection, repair, or sewer work.

What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
