From the meeting
The board discussed longer-term community garden needs, including a new shed roof, a possible high tunnel, and a tractor with garage or shelter. Pete McKeone and Darla Baliko said the garden needs a vision before larger investments are made. Autumn Holzgen said Montana Conservation Corps could potentially place an AmeriCorps volunteer in Conrad to help with long-term goals, including writing a mini-grant and building raised beds.
