From the meeting
The board considered the Castleman Creek HVAC Replacement and the administration recommended using an Interlocal Contract delivery method. The district said it would seek proposals from approved vendors and spend up to $490,000, funded by 2025 bond program funds. This is an active procurement for a campus HVAC replacement, with the next step being vendor proposals and selection.
