From the meeting
The board considered adding job order contracting (JOC) as a delivery method for project closeout and selected remaining construction work on New Beeville Elementary School. The agenda says authority may be delegated to negotiate and execute a JOC master service agreement through an interlocal purchasing cooperative, so the decision was still pending at this meeting. This is a clear opening for construction contractors and cooperative partners tied to closeout work.
