From the meeting
The Board chose to review adding a full-time facility maintenance position instead of extending the Team Facilities agreement. M. Chandler-Nash was asked to work with leadership staff to develop a job description.
Personnel Committee and Finance Committee meetings were scheduled for July 24 to review the org chart and position control before a proposal goes to the full Board in August.
