From the meeting

The board approved the professional services agreement for the Buckman Direct Diversion Intake Analysis and 30% Design Project. Attachment A says the project will replace or substantially modify the existing BDD river intake to provide a reliable and maintainable way to divert raw water and reduce sediment and debris. The scope includes alternatives screening, 15-percent designs, MCDA evaluation, a preferred alternative, and a final 30-percent design package.

Attachment A-1 says the fee assumes Concept C will be advanced and the project runs about 16 months from notice to proceed.
