From the meeting
The board approved Damon West as a guest speaker for all staff on September 9, 2026, and the item was noted as grant funded. This is a one-time training and speaker purchase rather than a long procurement, but it shows a funded professional development spend. The key follow-up is the grant-funded staff event already scheduled for that date.
