From the meeting
The board approved a letter of commitment for local matching funds to the Lancaster County Planning Department for a 2027 PA DEP grant application. Matthew Connelly said the funding would help cover costs associated with the Act 167 Stormwater Management Plan. This is a live grant signal tied to stormwater planning and could support consulting, engineering, or implementation work if the grant is awarded.
