From the meeting
The board adopted new course of study offerings for Explore STEM, Manufacturing Design & Robotics, and Welding & Fabrication. This is a curriculum decision already made at the August 12, 2026 meeting. Vendors tied to instructional materials or program support should note the board is expanding or formalizing these career-technical offerings.
The next practical conversation is around classroom materials, textbooks, and implementation support for the new courses.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
