From the meeting
The Authority required all new containers to be hauler neutral and labeled RecycleSmart instead of Republic, with transferable phone numbers. It also authorized printing and mailing of public education materials, kitchen food scrap pails, multi-family recycling tote bags, and commercial indoor containers. This creates concrete supply, labeling, and communications work tied to the franchise change.
