From the meeting
The applicant reported that off-site survey work and CCTV inspection of the downstream sewer were completed and shared with the Borough, and that four flow-meter locations were identified with the Borough Engineer and Public Works Director. Metering will run for about one week to confirm capacity, and the Borough said it still cannot determine whether upgrades will be needed. This points to possible sewer capacity or upgrade work tied to the project.
