From the meeting
The annual report said the city executed a $325,000 Hamilton County CDBG grant agreement for the property at 11186 Reading Road. The grant will cover most of the project management, demolition, asbestos abatement, and remediation costs. The property was re-bid under federal Davis-Bacon wage rates, environmental testing and monitoring began in August, and demolition was anticipated in November 2026.
That is a strong grant-funded cleanup and redevelopment signal.
