THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The agenda lists a website update as an ongoing item under old business. This signals Paradise Township is working to refresh or redesign its municipal website. Web developers, civic tech platforms, hosting providers, and accessibility consultants can discuss modern CMS options, online payments, agenda management, and ADA-compliant design with the township before any formal procurement.
No vendor is named yet; likely internal discussion or early-stage vendor exploration.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
When will Town of Paradise issue an RFP for this project?
Pre-RFPs typically surface 6–18 months before a formal solicitation is published. Civic IQ tracks Town of Paradise's meeting records, agendas, and budgets continuously and updates this pre-RFP as the project moves through the buying cycle toward an RFP.
How can vendors engage with Town of Paradise before the RFP is published?
Vendors who reach out during the planning window can help shape requirements and build relationships with the decision-makers running the project. A free Civic IQ account unlocks this pre-RFP's source document, forecasted RFP timing, and verified Town of Paradise decision-maker contacts.
