From the meeting
The agenda included an item to award a SCADA system upgrade, but the vendor and price were left blank. That means the decision was still pending at the August 24, 2026 meeting and the authority had not yet selected a winner in the agenda text. The useful signal is that a control system upgrade was moving to vote, so vendor timing and specifications mattered.
The next step was the meeting vote.
