From the meeting
The agenda identified an Island Park Phase 2 DCNR grant for tennis courts. The item was still on the old business list for the September 9, 2026 meeting, so it was not yet decided. The signal is a grant-funded park capital project that could lead to design, construction, or related recreation work once funding moves forward.
