From the meeting
Students at the new CCLC Great Valley campus are helping design and establish a featured landscape area with landscape architect Jake Getzendanner of T&M Associates. The campus landscape work is being built out now and will be a permanent part of the new school. The item is useful as follow-on intelligence because subcontractors are already completing the landscape work and the final design was finalized July 15.
The remaining commercial value is around project completion, maintenance, and any adjacent campus work.
