Stantec is already completing the East Allison Road Corridor Study in two phases. Phase 1 advances to about 30 percent design from US 85 to Avenue C, and Phase 2 advances to about 10 percent conceptual design to the east end of East Allison Road in the Niobrara Industrial Park.
