From the meeting

The plan covers recurring city events, adaptive recreation programming, and venue changes tied to the Boardwalk at Town Center, Newtown Amphitheater, and other sites. The practical buying signal is the 2027 event mix, vendor participation, and event support needs still being shaped before Council review.
