From the meeting
SIU reported a Microsoft 365 subscription and campus license purchase for the system for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The report also showed unified support for Microsoft products at the system level and a separate SHI International cloud services line, which gives clear incumbent and renewal timing for core productivity software. This is already awarded, so the value is in follow-on support, licensing, and cloud integration intelligence.
