From the meeting
Roosevelt said its dual language program and New York State Seal of Biliteracy (NYSSB) pathway are part of its multilingual vision. The deck listed current cohorts and a 2026-27 smart goal of 70-80 Seal recipients, up from 21 to 63 over three years. The district is still building the foundation for K-12 dual language, English as a New Language (ENL), heritage language support, and senior-year credential pathways.
