THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Road restoration and repair services for town roads impacted by solar project construction.
Concerns were raised about metal plates on roads and general road damage from construction. A 'road restoration checklist' exists, and solar companies are contractually obligated to repair damages. Inferred: The town will need to monitor and enforce these contractual obligations.
