From the meeting
Representatives from the Becket Arts Center were scheduled to discuss grant-funded reviews of the BAC and Mullen House buildings. The agenda does not name the grant source, scope, or vendor, but it confirms funded building review work is underway. That creates a lead around facility assessment, planning, and any follow-on capital needs tied to those buildings.
