Replacement of roofs 1, 2, and 3 at the Humboldt District Museum and roofs 4, 5, 6, and 15 at the Humboldt Uniplex with a two-ply modified bitumen roofing system.
The project costs exceeded the budget due to increased oil prices. Roof 15 at the Uniplex was an additional roof added due to safety concerns. The city will draw from the building refurbishment and replacement reserve to cover the additional costs. The existing spray foam roofing will be removed and replaced.
