From the meeting
RCA said it uses 4 contracted security officers from Security USA in 2026-2027. The plan also requires Security USA to provide proof of training, registration, and background checks before officers work at RCA, and allows RCA to remove officers from assignments. That makes this a live contract administration signal with follow-on staffing and compliance touchpoints.
Security USA is the named incumbent and the likely contact for renewal, staffing, or service adjustments.
