From the meeting
On October 13, 2026, staff proposed reallocating $47,750 from unused Archway Project design funds to pay for two drone light shows at the Christmas Market. The staff memo said Skyworx Drone Shows had indicated it could provide one show on each Saturday of the market. The board had not yet approved the reallocation, so the funding decision was still open.
A vendor could watch this as a budget-driven event spend tied to a named provider.
