From the meeting
On July 13, 2026, Chad Saylor of Keystone Municipal Solutions presented a proposal for strategic planning focused on a 5 to 10 year financial and administrative direction for the township. The board discussed format, public release, and the township's financial condition, but did not approve the work in that discussion. This is an early indicator of consulting demand before the later contract authorization.
