From the meeting
On August 4, 2026 the SEO asked the Solicitor to send a letter to the owner at 207 Shiny Mountain Road requiring the septic outlet to be capped and used as a holding tank until a new system can be installed. The Board authorized sending the letter. This flags a future septic replacement need, but no vendor has been selected.
