From the meeting
On August 26, 2026 the board authorized an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Leicester and Livingston County for direct payment of project-related costs tied to the Regional Water Supply Project. The memo said the County would pay the authority directly for Akzo Settlement Fund work, streamlining reimbursement for the Leicester improvements. The agreement is an active funding and administration signal for the $5,460,000 Leicester package.
