On August 24, 2026 the council approved on second and third reading Ordinance No. 2026-2265 to amend the Aviation Rotary Fund rules. The city said airport fuel sales had created a cash flow problem and that an old formula in the clerk-treasurer spreadsheet did not match state statute.
