From the meeting
On August 13, 2026, staff reported that site work was underway for the Beaufort Executive Airport hangar complex, with Edison Foard selected for the hangar projects. The work includes transient, T-hangar, and small box hangar space, and the airport is using design-build to move quickly and spend remaining ARPA funding before December 31. Additional hangar capacity is meant to reduce the waiting list and support more activity.
