From the meeting
Omene Group LLC requested variances to place outdoor play or instruction areas closer than the required 50 feet from street and property lines for a daycare at 22 Paoli Pike. The filing also noted no landscape screening sufficient to buffer adjoining properties on the western side. This is an active land-use approval signal for a daycare site, with design and site-work decisions still in play.
