From the meeting
NYSSBA supported state funding for evidence-based literacy instruction, universal dyslexia screening, and intervention services for students with dyslexia. This is a funding and program-expansion signal, not a named contract. It points to future district demand for training, screening tools, assistive technology, and implementation support.
