From the meeting
Niki Gladys said Amanda Kaye secured a grant supporting an introductory culinary program through Continuing Education and the cafe renovation. The grant is already in hand and ties directly to a program expansion and facility refresh. The minutes do not name the amount, but the project indicates funded work that may still need equipment, renovation, and training support.
This is a grant-driven opportunity rather than a new procurement decision.
