From the meeting
At its September 8, 2026 meeting the committee approved the New Faculty and Staff Guide as its second formal goal. The guide was already on the Center for Teaching and Excellence website, and members discussed sending an email at the beginning of the semester to improve contact and welcome new employees. This is a communications and onboarding initiative, not a purchase, but it signals an active campus engagement effort.
