From the meeting
NICE Transit said the Rockville Center Rehabilitation Renovation was already in process and had just launched. The site is a 75,000-square-foot transit facility built in 1935, and the agency said it really needed a complete redo. The project was helped by about a $50 million federal grant, so follow-on design, construction, and implementation support may still be in play.
