From the meeting
Moore Engineering was listed under updates for the force main project. The agenda does not say whether this was a status report, design update, or construction milestone, so the item is informational rather than a recorded award. It still flags an active utility project with an engineering firm already involved.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
