From the meeting
Laura Garcia gave an update on the Janet F. Harte Public Library options, including the partition wall assessment, pre-design assessment scope, and estimated cost and timeline. The board discussed contract responsibility, restroom location, and staffing, and Marilena Garza asked for City Legal Department and Engineering to brief the board on the proposed design.
The pre-design was incomplete on construction material and door security details, so the design path was still being shaped.
