From the meeting

Lake APC staff said they helped the City of Clearlake prepare an Active Transportation Program (ATP) grant application in June 2026 for safe routes to school work around Burns Valley Elementary School. The scope included sidewalk, curb and gutter, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB), standard crosswalks, ADA ramps, and bike lanes on portions of Austin Road, Division Avenue, Uhl Avenue, and Lakeshore Drive. Award recommendations were expected in early November 2026.

The item was discussed as a grant application in progress.
